Open Meeting Law changes

Changes by the Attorney General to the regulations about the Open Meeting Law:

  • allow for posting of meetings at the town website,
  • suggestion that minutes get approved at the next meeting

The Attorney General’s Office has updated OML materials to reflect the regulatory changes. The materials linked below will replace the existing resources on the OML website on October 6, 2017.  Please continue to check the website for additional updated educational and training materials.
