Vote to authorize the Chair of the Board of Selectmen to sign the Local Initiative Program letter of support and LIP application b. Vote to sign the Memorandum of Understanding Discussion Items (Potential Votes) 3. Follow-up discussion of 2023 Town Goals Action Items 4. Board and Committee Appointments a. Vote to appoint Doug Larence as an Associate Member of the Planning Board. The Planning Board unanimously appointed Doug at their meeting on January 9 b. Vote to appoint Kate Pittman to the Dog Control Bylaw Committee c. Vote to appoint Eric J. Lavin to the Affordable Housing Trust 5. FY2023 Financial Policy Compliance Review 6. Vote to allow the Chair to sign the contract in order to receive the public safety funds earmarks to the Town of Medfield in the Chapter 126 of the Acts of 2022 line item 8000-0213: a. $50,000 expended to the town of Medfield to purchase and install wired automated external defibrillators in town parks b. $25,000 expended for the town of Medfield for Wired AEDs at the 3 sports fields in town 7. Vote to allow the Chair to sign the Town Vendor and Payroll Warrants and to name a back up member to sign if the Chair is unable to 8. Vote to close the 2023 Annual Town Meeting Warrant 9. Vote to have the Chair sign a letter of support for the Cultural Alliance of Medfield’s application to MAPC’s Technical Assistance Program for a feasibility study on the phase 2 for new construction of a visual and culinary arts building Citizen Comment Consent Agenda 10. Selectman Office Hours this Friday

I hold regular monthly office hours at The Center on the first Friday of every month from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. 
Residents are welcome to stop by to talk in person about any town matters.


Residents can also have coffee and see the Council on Aging in action (a vibrant organization with lots going on).
