Congressman Jake Auchincloss was at the Blake Middle School Tuesday doing an impressive job teaching and fielding questions from an auditorium full of kids, and the kids questions were notable. Jake commented afterwards that their questions were better than he gets from high schoolers. Asked about his regrets, Jake suggested to focus on challenges not pursued.
I updated Jake on the town progress to use his Federal earmark monies he secured to upgrade the sidewalks on Pleasant Street, Federal monies he cautioned before the administration might seek to claw back.
