1. Planning Board Members to discuss schematic sidewalk design study and strategies for
Route 109 from Pound Street to the Shaws Plaza


3. Newton Thompson, Affordable Housing Trust, requests approval of the $3,000 contract
with Autism Housing Pathways, Inc. for the purpose of a local needs assessment and
recommendations for supportive special needs congregate housing (aka group homes) for
adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The funding comes from the
Trust’s account and was authorized at their September 1, 2022 meeting

9. Vote to authorize Medfield Meadows and Medfield Hillside Village to increase affordable
rents for these properties in line with their Regulatory Agreements, the HUD-published
2022 income limits, and DHCD’s August 22, 2022 Notice on Rent Increases for
LIP/LAU Projects
10. Vote to sign contract for fall cleanup at MSH in the amount of $21,800 with Shady Tree
Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc
11. Vote to authorize the town administrator to sign the rate sheet for MIIA Health Benefits
Trust Renewal Proposal for retirees

13. Vote to allow the Boy Scout Troop 89 to place a sign at the Transfer Station announcing
the annual Christmas Tree Pick-up and Recycling Program and to all the transfer of trees
to the Transfer Station for recycling for the 26th year on the following dates:
a. Saturday, December 31
b. Monday, January 2
c. Saturday, January 7

d. Saturday, January 14
e. Sunday, January 15
14. Request for the placement of sandwich boards board promoting the Angel Run which
will be held on Sunday, December 4 for the last two weeks of October at the following
locations:

15. Request for a block party near 11 Ledgetree Road for Saturday, October 15 from 3-7 PM
