Discussion of Medfield State Hospital Process Action Items 2. Vote to approve Sandwich Board Policy 3. Vote to approve Car Wash Fundraiser Policy 4. Vote to approve the Land Disposition Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding for the Hinkley South project 5. Vote to support the Hinkley South project submittal to the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) as a Local Initiative Program project for a 24-unit age restricted (62 plus) development, subject to final purchase and sales agreement, and authorize the Chair to sign the LIP application and submit a letter of support to DHCD 6. Vote to appoint the following members to the Board of Selectmen Name Change Committee and adopt the Committee Charter a. Nate Bazinet, Ann Thompson, Richard DeSorgher, Alex Maider, Theresa Knapp Enos, Julia Maviglia, Suzanne Newark 7. Vote to appoint Craig McGary to the Safety Committee 8. Chief Michelle Guerette requests that the Board of Selectmen extend a conditional offer of employment to Joseph Sherbertes for the position of police officer pending successful completion of the background and medical requirements. 9. Vote to sign the Bike to Beach Event notification form for the charity bike ride on 9/18/2021 Consent Agenda 10. Medfield Lions requests beer and wine permit for Wednesday, September 1st with a rain date of September 8, 2021 11. Norfolk Hunt Club requests beer/wine permit for Bi-Annual Grounds for Celebration Fundraiser September 11, 2021 from 6PM to 11PM. 12.
