Annual Town Meeting Results
The Annual Town Meeting took action on 34 Warrant Articles. In addition to passing a FY2025 Operating Budget, the Town Meeting voted to approve the MBTA Communities Multi-Family Zoning Article, an amended Dog Control Bylaw and did not approve the authorization for the sale of the Hinkley North property. A full listing of all the Town Meeting actions can be found on the 2024 Annual Town Meeting site.
The bylaw changes will first need to be approved by the Attorney General and review takes approximately ninety (90) days before the new bylaws will become official.

What town official or worker has the authority to fine a Medfield resident for an off leash violation?

I watched on Medfield TV. I was not at all happy how the pickleball courts at the high school was handled. It should of been more transparent not a part of line item tennis court repairs. Abutters are not even aware what is happening. Noise mediation is not an easy issue to resolve. Pickleball noise is differant, I don’t think people realize just how much of an annoyance it is. People’s lives are going to be affected. It is not hard to find these issues in other towns. The town is headed for legal action.
