2. Chief Guerette to request appointment of John McKenna as a full time police officer
3. BETA Group to present the sidewalk prioritization plan
4. Maurice Goulet, Director of Public Works to request the Board of Selectmen vote to sign
the following contracts:
a. Contract with MHQ for a new Ford F350 for $62,755
b. Contract with MHQ for a new Ford F600 for $86,868
c. Contract with Environmental Partners, Inc for $36,500 for annual landfill
monitoring for regulatory compliance
5. Medfield Energy Committee
a. Discussion of potential FY2024 Budget Requests

11. Vote to allow the Medfield Lions Club to obtain a one-day license pursuant to Chapter
90-3 bypassing the prohibition of possession or consumption of alcohol on town-owned
property for a BYOB event at the Council on Aging Center on December 6 from 5:30 -
9:00 pm
12. Vote to authorize the Chair of the Board of Selectmen to sign the award contract for the
FY2023 Housing Choice Grant Program
13. Vote to approve the expenditure of $6,800 to Stumpy’s Tree Service for tree removal and
maintenance work on the MSH grounds
14. Vote to authorize $6,000 for barriers, tree lighting, and extra lights for pedestrian safety
during the Holiday Stroll on December 2
15. Vote to authorize Chief Carrico to sign the Ambulance Service Affiliation Agreement
between Medfield Fire Department and Steward Norwood Hospital
16. Vote to award a revised automotive license to Keegan’s Auto Sales, LLC for the
remaining 2022 calendar year due to a change in business entity
17. Sign the citations congratulating the following individuals in Boy Scout Troop 89 for
earning the rank of Eagle Scout:
