  1. Harding Street land added to the Executive Session;
  2. Kingsbury Club refinancing agreement and MHP MBTA Communities Early Action Technical Assistance award added to meeting.
15. Vote to authorize the Chair to sign the MHP MBTA Communities Early Action Technical Assistance award letter/contract in order to comply with the state’s new multi-family zoning requirement Citizen Comment Consent Agenda 16. Request to place sandwich boards advertising the Medfield Rail Trail Grand Opening on October 1 for the 2 weeks leading up to the event at the usual locations 17. Coolidge Corner Theater requests use of MSH for the following dates and movies: Friday, October 21 - THE WOLF MAN (1941) and AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON Saturday, October 22 - BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN and BRIDE OF CHUCKY Sunday, October 23 - THE MUMMY (1932) and THE MUMMY RETURNS (2001) 18. Request to place sandwich boards advertising the opening of registration for Medfield Youth Lacrosse from October 1 through the 15th at the usual locations 19. Request for a block party on Sunday, October 2 from 3-6pm in the Gun Hill Estates Neighborhood from 95 Wood End Lane to the intersection of Wood End Lane and Country Way 20. Select Board Office Hours Tomorrow

Office Hours this Friday 9-10AM

I hold regular monthly Select Board office hours at The Center on the first Friday of every month from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, but last week The Center was getting ready for primary voting, so September’s office hours will be tomorrow.

Residents are welcome to stop by to talk in person about any town matters.

Residents can also have coffee and see the Council on Aging in action (a vibrant organization with lots going on). I can be reached at 508-359-9190.
