Just a few updates:
- I have not received any reports of any incidents last evening……..other than the warm weather was great!
- Nick has been updating the website to allow online requests for a block party, sandwich board signs, one-day beer/wine permits, etc. It will allow us to better track permits issued by the BOS. We are not live yet but should be ready next week.
- Negotiating with film company for a new streaming movie for MSH. 9 days of filming. The campus can remain open and the buses can remain on-site as well.
- The warrant has been sent to the printer and we expect it back on Thurs. Nov. 8, and we will mail that day to all households.
- This week we had our first project meeting for the new Reverse 911system called CivicReady. We are working on a timeline for the official launch. We have our current company in place until Dec 31st so that we can have a seamless transition.
- Margaret Stolfa is working on our response letter to DCAMM regarding the roadway access extension. She should have it to me over the weekend and I will share a draft ahead of the meeting on Tuesday.
