I started this blog to share the interesting and useful information that I saw while doing my job as a Medfield select board member. I thought that my fellow Medfield residents would also find that information interesting and useful as well. Hi Pete – You might find it interesting that the Center for Public Integrity gave Massachusetts an “F” grade for public access to information on its last national rankings. Despite that, I think many towns in the Greater Boston area do a better job with transparency vs. Medfield. We certainly have a lot of work to do within our own community and statewide to improve the situation. Here’s the Center’s Massachusetts-specific report card on all areas it rated with regard to integrity:
