1. Ron Gustavson and Brian Flynn to request permission to hold their annual Lions Toll
booth downtown at Main/North Street, at the Transfer Station and in front of Blue Moon
on Saturday, May 4th from 9am-12pm
2. Jean Mineo on behalf of Bellforge to request the following:
a. one day liquor licenses for a total of 24 events at the Medfield State Hospital
b. series of event approvals for the Medfield State Hospital conditioned upon Public
Safety approval
c. a letter of support for the Underutilized Properties Program administered by
MassDevelopment to fund remediation inside the infirmary on the Medfield State
Hospital campus
3. David Cashman to request rent approval for Medfield Aura, Medfield Hillside Village
and Medfield Meadows
4. Attorney Martin Murphy to request rent increase request for 67 North Street Unit 1B

8. Vote to sign contract with Suburban Glass & Mirror Co., Inc. for $16,492 for previously
authorized emergency brick facade repairs at the Medfield Public Library
9. Vote to sign the contract with VHB for design development site civil engineering plans
for the Medfield State Hospital Redevelopment (HousingWorks Grant)
10. Vote to authorize the Town Administrator to sign the legal services agreement between
the Town of Medfield and Attorney William Solomon for Comcast Cable License

11. Vote to sign an amendment to the 2013 Settlement and Cooperation Agreement with
DCAMM for Medfield State Hospital Remediation

12. Request by the Norfolk Hunt Club to change the date of the Charles River Panorama
Hunter Pace from August 11th (raindate August 18th) to August 3rd (raindate August
10th). The original request was approved at the Feb 20th SB meeting

a. To place one sandwich board promoting Two Gentlemen of Verona at the
intersection of North/Rte 109 from July 15 through July 28
