Dear Honorable Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals:
As you know, we represent the Applicants in the above-referenced matter. For a number of reasons,
at this time our clients have decided not to move forward with their proposed wireless
development project on Junction Street. As such, the Applicants are respectfully requesting to
withdraw their application to the Dover Zoning Board of Appeals without prejudice.
We very much appreciate your diligence with the Applicants’ application, and it has been a pleasure
working with you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards.
Sincerely,
