Per the notice I saw, the Dover Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a hearing on the cell tower at 7 PM on May 1, 2014 at the Dover Town House. The proposed tower is about 90′ tall, and will have access out to Evergreen if approved. It is located on property owned by Mr. Rosengarten, AKA Garten. The neighbors who appeared at the Board of Selectmen meeting last Tuesday do not object to the tower, just the use of Evergreen for access. They want the access to be via the D-S High School.
