I have asked that the Board of Selectmen annually set goals for itself and for the town administrator. Currently I want us to focus on town finances, Medfield State Hospital reuse, Lyme Disease, pedestrian/bike safety, improving town information flow to residents, and creating a permanent year round volunteer run swap area.
